The main difference between the Staccato P and P4, particularly in California, lies in the P4's design to meet California's stringent safety regulations. The California-compliant P4 has a loaded chamber indicator, a modified magazine catch (non-reversible), and a DLC barrel, along with features like a loaded chamber indicator and a magazine disconnect mechanism.
